We partner with local groups and organizations to offer training programs throughout the year. These programs will help you get to your first or your fastest finish in the 5K or 10K distance. Training for spring is underway, but check back for updates on future programs and join us for our regular open community runs in the meantime. All West Stride runs are posted on Facebook.
