Kick off May with West Stride and Brooks Running at our first Saturday Stride Club of the month on the Westside! Here's what’s going down:
- Take the all-new Brooks Ghost 17 for a test stride.
- Choose a 3- or 6-mile route. All paces welcome.
- Enjoy post-run refreshments from Chick-fil-A.
- Chat with Ashley Taylor from YourMove Physical Therapy about any nagging injury questions.
- Meet & mingle with your local run clubs!
